1. How do I back up my media to MP3 or generate notes?
Simply copy the shareable URL, paste it into the search box, set any optional start/end times via Advanced Options, toggle "Generate Smart Notes" if desired, and click "Process". Our system will process the link and generate a ZIP file.
2. What does the "Generate Smart Notes" toggle do?
When activated, our backend uses advanced AI to transcribe the audio file. It then intelligently detects if the audio is a "DIY/Instructional Video" or a "Professional Meeting" and generates formatted HTML notes. Please note: This feature is currently compatible with only some social media video URLs.
3. How do the Start and End time fields work?
If you only want a specific segment of an audio file, you can input a Start Time (e.g., 01:20) and an End Time (e.g., 05:45) in the Advanced Options. Our processor will clip the audio to those exact timestamps.
4. What audio quality are the MP3 backups?
We prioritize audio fidelity. Our tool attempts to capture the highest available bitrate provided by the shareable link (typically 128kbps).
5. How many files can I convert at once?
You can process up to 50 files per playlist URL. Files are processed sequentially to ensure maximum reliability.
6. Do I need to keep the browser tab open?
If you enter your email address in the Advanced Options before converting, you do not need to keep the tab open. We will email you a secure download link once your ZIP file is ready. Note: This link automatically expires after 1 hour.
7. How long will my conversion take?
Because processing high-quality audio and running AI transcription is resource-intensive, conversions are handled in a queue. If the server is busy, you will be given a queue position and an estimated wait time.
